Character is one of the characteristics or personalities inherent in a person. The state school, which established by considering religious programs activities, will be able to instill character students. values education can instilled with habituation activities so that they become habits This study aims at analyzing implemented SD NU Kepanjen and SDI Global School Malang, interpreting process internalizing education, determining impact applying education. research employs qualitative approach using case as type study. data collection techniques are interviews, observation, documentation. were analyzed through collection, condensation, presentation, conclusion/verification. validity checking performed triangulation sources methods. results this indicate that: (1) concept improve students' behavior are: (a) excellent academic awareness. (b) excellence includes honesty, discipline, exemplary, tolerance, environmental awareness, awareness including obedience, trust, habituation; (2) performing dhuha prayer congregation, dhuhur reading Quran together, carrying out GJS (the collecting waste), conducting PHBI; (3) on refining applied schools well containing These efforts refine have high worship.
